The terms that apply when you use FitnessOne AI. Please read them before using the service.

FitnessOne AI is operated by SAM Media B.V., Van Diemenstraat 356, 1013 CR Amsterdam, the Netherlands. These terms form an agreement between you and SAM Media B.V. By using FitnessOne AI you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
You may use FitnessOne AI for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to access other people's accounts or data, no interfering with or overloading the service, no copying or redistributing the content on a commercial basis, and no automated scraping. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and mobile number secure, since that is how you sign in.
Access to FitnessOne AI is provided through a subscription. Where that subscription is arranged with your mobile operator, the applicable charges, billing period and renewal terms are presented to you by the operator at the point of sign-up and appear on your mobile account. You can stop your subscription at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided by your operator, or by contacting us and we will point you to the right place.
FitnessOne AI provides general information about exercise and nutrition. It is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or living with a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell. You take part in any activity described in the service at your own risk.
The plans, articles, videos, recipes, exercise library and design of FitnessOne AI are owned by SAM Media B.V. or licensed to us. You may use them for your own training and cooking. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them, or present them as your own.
If you post to community areas of the service, you remain responsible for what you post and you confirm you have the right to share it. You give us permission to display it within the service. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Some information in the service comes from third-party sources, including nutritional data for recipes and the exercise reference library. We present it in good faith but cannot guarantee it is complete or accurate, and figures such as calories and macronutrients are estimates.
We aim to keep FitnessOne AI available and up to date, but we may add, change or withdraw features, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may update these terms; if we make a significant change we will update the date at the top of this page.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, SAM Media B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
